What you're going to do

At Adnovum, you will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all the technology partners and vendors we work with in our solution offerings. You will be in charge of our partnerships with leading vendors in the areas of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and cloud. Your work ensures that our partnerships are leveraged to their full technical, commercial, and marketing potential. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Coordinating and managing strategic, commercial, and operational alignment with our partners
• Serving as the primary contact for all technology vendors and distributors
• Ensuring certification compliance and upskilling of internal teams on vendor technologies
• Collaborating with Marketing to launch joint campaigns and initiatives
• Supporting bid and pre-sales teams by integrating partner solutions into proposals
• Monitoring vendor programs, incentives, and contractual obligations
• Tracking and reporting key performance indicators for partner success
• Identifying and evaluating new partnership opportunities aligned with company strategy

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field
• First experience in partner or vendor management in the IT sector
• Solid understanding of the IT solution landscape, especially in cybersecurity, cloud, and AI
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with a collaborative mindset
• Proactive and structured work approach, and capability for leading cross-functional collaboration
• Business fluency in German and English mandatory, in French a plus
