About the Role

At Skribble, we aren't just looking for an HR Generalist; we’re looking for a People & Business Operations Manager who can navigate the intersection of human capital, legal compliance, and financial strategy. You will be the heartbeat of our internal operations - ensuring our team thrives, our processes are airtight, and our business scales efficiently across borders.
Tasks
Your Mission
You are the architect of Skribble’s internal ecosystem. Your mission is to balance the "human" with the "operational," ensuring our team thrives while our business engine runs with lean, scalable precision across borders.
Pillar 1: People Operations & Culture
- Talent & Onboarding: Own the full recruiting lifecycle and find top talent who feel the "Skribble magic" from day one.
- Employee Journey: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring every "Welcome" and "Offboarding" is handled with empathy and professional excellence.
- Growth & Performance: Lead performance management frameworks and skill development sessions, using data-driven insights from engagement surveys to boost team satisfaction. Culture Architecture: Organize impactful team events that bridge the gap between our Zurich, Karlsruhe, and Remote offices, fostering a culture of transparency and self-responsibility.
Pillar 2: Business Operations & Strategy
- Process Optimization: Actively hunt for inefficiencies across the company; you will select and implement modern tools (AI, Google Suite, HRIS) to make our workflows faster and leaner.
- Compliance & Legal Admin: Maintain our digital and legal integrity by managing T&Cs, DPA, and Privacy Policy updates. You will also lead the annual ISO 9001 audit cycle.
- Facility & Scaling Management: Serve as the primary liaison for our Zurich headquarters (FlexOffice) and coordinate scaling efforts across Switzerland and Germany.
- Strategic Project Execution: Lead high-impact operational projects, from office relocations to the implementation of company-wide software and international expansion via partners like Oyster HR.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- The Hybrid Mindset: A degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience, with the ability to navigate the intersection of human capital and financial strategy.
- Structural Talent: A natural gift for taking complex, moving parts and turning them into clear, elegant processes.
- Stakeholder Mastery: A "communication chameleon" capable of collaborating with external legal counsel, vendors, and internal leadership.
- Agile Resilience: The ability to pivot gracefully in a fast-paced scale-up environment while keeping the big picture in sight.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Google suite, AI, and modern HRIS.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent English is required; German is a significant advantage for our DACH operations.
