An important part of this effort is to equip our delivery teams with a state-of-the-art platform enabling them to build, test, release, deploy, operate and monitor our software in a secure and efficient way.

We are looking for a Platform Engineer for our Observability Platform product team. The product is part of an agile release train, focusing on optimizing and accelerating our application delivery teams' journey from idea to production.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Own the bank global observability platform, consisting of application performance monitoring, synthetic monitoring, and load and performance testing as a member of a product team
• Manage the platform lifecycle from design to production
• Closely collaborate with application teams: collect feedback and relentlessly improve the product offering
• Drive the adoption of "monitoring-as-code” by building an API-first platform
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Good communication, planning and teamwork skills
• Motivated to work in an agile team and commonly reaching ambitious goals
