As the Product Manager, you are responsible for a specific area of the product, driving its strategy, execution, and continuous improvement to meet business goals and customer needs. You will own the success of your product area, ensuring it delivers measurable outcomes and drives business growth.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Help define and implement a strategy that leverages the app ecosystem to drive user growth, aligning innovation with business goals and customer needs
• Roadmapping: Build and communicate a clear product roadmap that connects long-term strategy with near-term priorities, ensuring focus and impact
• KPI Ownership: Define, monitor, and evaluate success metrics to track progress, measure user engagement, and guide decisions
• Requirements Gathering: Structure and document stakeholder needs—balancing business objectives, user expectations, and technical feasibility
• Discovery: Explore user needs, market trends, and stakeholder inputs to uncover opportunities. Translate insights into validated hypotheses that guide product direction
• Execution: Work closely with the engineering team, especially the squad lead, to translate requirements into clear user stories, provide clarifications, and deliver milestones on time
• Release & Learn: Oversee product releases, measure performance against KPIs, analyze user feedback, and iterate continuously for improvement
• Growth Experiments: Design, run, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests, funnel optimization, retention initiatives) to identify and scale the most effective user growth levers
• Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teamwork with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales across the full lifecycle—from discovery to execution and growth
• Communication: Act as the face of your product area, ensuring transparency by clearly communicating strategy, roadmap, and results across the company

Requirements

At Bring! Labs we have high ambitions and the vision to change the way our customers communicate with consumers. For this position, we are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. You are the right fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in product management in a technology-driven or related industry
• Solid knowledge of product development methodologies and agile practices
• Strong understanding of the tech and app ecosystem, including user behavior, industry trends, and mechanics
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with focus on experimentation, growth, and continuous learning
• Analytical and data-driven, while also creative in problem-solving
• Strong communication skills in German and English to align effectively with stakeholders
