As a product manager, you will be part of our product team and fully responsible for one of our cross-functional product-squads. The squads, which are comprised of you as product manager, a UX/UI designer, and several engineers, improves user experience and delivers new solutions end-to-end. You drive ideation, prioritization, and discovery of these solutions and coordinate work with our product partners. You support the team throughout the implementation and re-evaluate launched features for future improvements.

You develop a solid knowledge of our business, our clients, banking and trading products and the Swiss Fintech market.

• You completed your degree in a relevant field; experience with product management, banking, behavioral science or user research is a plus
• You have 2–3 years of experience in product management and/or the fintech or tech industry; however, we also welcome applications from candidates with more or less experience
• You are a hands-on person that does not shy away from the speed a start-up is facing
• You bring a passion for solving customer needs with mobile / digital products and you value the beauty of simple solutions and an impeccable user experience
• You are fluent in English, German is considered a plusAny previous experiences with our PM tool stack is a bonus: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Postman, Firebase, …

You are developing new solutions solving interesting problems in the B2C Fintech space, while further building upon your experiences in product management
