YOUR CHALLENGE
Act as the single point of accountability for ePayments compliance within the Channels domain in Switzerland, covering eBill, Instant Payment, PSD3-readiness requirements
Define, document and validate end-to-end business requirements for all payment-related functionalities in the new eBanking platform
Design and govern secure transaction authorisation patterns
Lead compliance assessments and sign-offs
Develop and maintain key artefacts: process flows, RACIs, control matrices, user stories, test scenarios and audit dossiers
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, IT Security, and Innovation teams to balance usability, security and regulatory adherence
Support UAT and regulatory testing phases, ensuring all payment controls function as intended before production release
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payments, compliance or digital banking within a regulated financial institution
In-depth understanding of Swiss and European ePayment regulations, including PSD2/PSD3, SCA, eBill, and Instant Payments
Proven experience in gathering and documenting end-to-end business requirements for payment systems
Hands-on expertise in designing and governing secure transaction authorisation models
Experience integrating payment solutions across multiple platforms while ensuring auditability and control integrity
Demonstrated ability to lead compliance assessments, produce control documentation (process flows, RACIs, control matrices) and obtain formal sign-offs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Legal, Compliance, IT Security and Innovation teams
Fluency in English and good German language skills are mandatory
