Responsibilities
You will lead and manage allproduct assurance activities throughout the entire lifecycle of mechanical andelectromechanical tools and devices. From initial design reviews to productionand final testing, you will be responsible for ensuring that productsconsistently meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations
Collaborating closely withcross-functional teams—including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing—aswell as with customers and suppliers, you will leverage your expertise inmechanical and electrical components to ensure product performance, regulatorycompliance, and full traceability
- Driveand oversee product assurance initiatives across the full product lifecycle
- Developand implement product quality plans and procedures aligned with ISO 9001 andcustomer-specific requirements.
- Reviewand approve design documentation, component selection, and supplierqualifications
- Partnerwith internal teams to define and implement quality control strategies formechanical and electrical components
- Leadand participate in inspections, internal reviews, and customer acceptancetesting to ensure quality and compliance
- Managenon-conformities and deviations, lead root cause analysis, and implementcorrective actions in collaboration with R&D engineers
- Ensuresupplier quality management through onboarding, auditing, and complianceverification
- SupportNPI by defining QA requirements and assisting with validation and releaseprocesses
- Maintainand enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), support ISO 9001 audits, andcontribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensurefull traceability of quality records, including inspection results, suppliercertifications, and change documentation
Your Profile
- Academicbackground in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Previousexperience (3/5 years) in product quality assurance (mechanical engineering orelectromechanical manufacturing)
- Strongknowledge of ISO 9001 frame
- Knowledgeof quality planning, audits, and supplier management
- Experienceworking with mechanical parts and electrical components
- Proficiencyin reading technical drawings, applying and testing tolerances, and usingmeasurement tools
- Excellentknowledge of Italian and English
- Germanand French knowledge is a plus
- Structuredmindset, keen attention to detail, and strong professional curiosity
