IT-Proficient Senior Fund Controller | Project Manager

As an IT- proficient, former fund controller, responsible for the redesign of business processes in financial controlling of asset management / Development of business cases with a focus on process stability / Collaborating with the financial controlling and IT departments to optimise existing business processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness / Achieve optimal process performance by facilitating structured discussion / Cooperation with the IT architects to ensure that access to the servers for all asset classes for internal and external reporting is stable and guaranteed at all times / Further development of tools for forecasting performance fees and for the valuation of private equity funds / Further development of tools for long-term forecasts for investors / Implementation and analysis of test cases and validation of innovations / Evaluation of business applications for newly introduced technologies in financial controlling / Conducting training workshops with internal and external customers for the financial processes of fund controlling / Responsible for the Investran software / Ongoing communication with the fund controllers regarding efficiency and effectiveness and ad hoc projects.

Master or Bachelor in Business Administration or Business Informatics / Knowledge of the fund industry as a former fund controller or fund accountant with Investran knowledge and subsequent professional experience as a business analyst or partial project manager at an international bank or in business consulting / Knowledge of fund controlling or fund accounting / Interest in analyzing complex business processes and information flows at the interface of business in IT / Systematic and structured, and problem-solving oriented working style / Interest in quickly familiarizing yourself with new specialist topics and learning new things / Reliable and resilient personality with good time management for deadlines / Interest in ongoing communication and service orientation with all stakeholders / German and English.
