As a
IT Project Assistant - Internship
you will support our digital transformation program and contribute to daily project planning, coordination, management and reporting. You will work closely with IT vendors and digitalization partners. You will provide daily operation support to IT VP, handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, managing projects, preparing internal and external progress report, monitoring progress of the tasks, communicating and coordinating tasks with internal/external teams in digital projects. Since communication is often carried out in both English and Chinese, your language skills combined with your IT background will be essential in facilitating smooth interaction between our IT team and external partners, ensuring projects run efficiently and effectively.
Your tasks
- Administrative Support : Manage schedules, organize project documentation, and maintain project records
- Communication & Coordination : Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and the project manager
- Meeting Management : Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Document Management : Prepare reports, track project progress, and manage project documentation
- Project Management : Assist with project assignments, monitor deadlines, and ensure tasks are completed on time
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study background
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication both in Chinese and English , active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintain accurate records
- Experience in project management software, collaboration tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; IT background is preferred
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Identify and resolve issues, adapting to changing circumstances, and find solutions
