YOUR CHALLENGE
Manage the implementation of a cloud-based Event Management System (SaaS) including integration with the bank’s core applications, focusing on secure transfer and processing of client-related data
Manage all aspects of third-party vendor engagement, from coordination and configuration to issue resolution and documentation
Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to defined scope, timeline, quality, and budget
Ensure comprehensive requirements management and traceability throughout the lifecycle
Guarantee compliance with Julius Baer’s project governance framework, security policies, and minimum standards, particularly in relation to data privacy and regulatory requirements
Lead interface development and data integration between internal systems and the external SaaS platform, in collaboration with Data Engineers and Security teams
Ensure smooth handover of the solution to Operations and Support teams upon completion
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field would be preferred
Proven experience in managing IT projects involving client data within regulated environments
Strong background in managing third-party vendors (SaaS providers, system integrators)
Solid understanding of data integration concepts and secure data handling practices
Experience collaborating with security, identity management (SSO), and network teams
Skilled in project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination across IT and business
Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing administrative and financial aspects independently
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a strong advantage
