YOUR CHALLENGE
We are seeking an experienced, technical IT Project Lead to manage the implementation of a new Low Code Platform based on Flowable and a workflow migration project from a legacy technology to the strategic target setup.
Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
Ensure proper requirement management
Ensuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards
Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience in managing mid-size projects with respective CTB Budgets in classic methodology
Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers
Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
Able to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
Good presentation and communication skills, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, can-do spirit
Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance
Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
Sound skills in Jira and Confluence
Project management certification or corresponding qualification / experience
Flowable Certification (nice to have)
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage
