• Strategizing and supervising projects within the realms of both high and low electrical currents, from initial concept to final execution
• Designing personalized solutions through direct client engagement and formulating custom proposals
• Efficiently managing resource distribution, guiding project teams, and facilitating collaboration with all project participants
• Broadening the client portfolio to generate subsequent or supplementary orders

• Following the successful completion of your initial training as an Electrical Installer EFZ, you have accumulated several years of professional experience and ideally pursued further education (e.g., Swiss Federal Certified Electrical Installer, Electrical Project Manager with Swiss Federal Diploma, or equivalent qualifications).
• You possess a background in team leadership and can seamlessly integrate into an existing team structure.
• You highly value transparent and candid communication and are proficient in both spoken and written German.
• For on-site visits, you hold a Category B driver's license.
