As a
Quality Manager - Auditor Aviation Compliance
you will ensure an effective and profitable Management System in compliance with aviation regulatory- and SMS requirements. You will monitor the performance of the Management System against set standards to meet regulatory compliance and customer expectations. You will liaise with authorities, customers and the business units on safety, compliance and quality related topics to enable others to achieve standards.
Your tasks
- Plan and ensure an effective Management System in accordance with relevant requirements published by appropriate National Aviation Authorities and other International Standards, such as EN 9110, ICAO, ISO 17025, EN4179
- Ensure the compliance of the Management System through safety and compliance audits in accordance with the SR Technics Group Audit plan
- Support the business units in the close loop process for safety, compliance and quality related findings, hazards and escapes to develop effective preventive action plans
- Monitor safety and compliance standards to identify gaps and to initiate effective preventive actions and to ensure escalation of deviations at an earliest possible stage
- Continuous development of the Management Systems, promote compliance and safety culture through communication channels and trainings
- Liaise with authorities, customers, suppliers and business unit on safety, compliance and audit matters
- Administrate the safety and audit database (Q-Pulse) to constantly improve the audit program, related checklists and data trend analyses
Your Profile
- Technical degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in regulatory/compliance functions
- Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations, preferable EASA continuing airworthiness, with advanced experience with compliance audits
- Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Q-Pulse is an advantage
- Excellent communication, training and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English, German is a plus
