Project Context

A major SAP transformation programme and requires an SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Consultant to support ongoing project delivery. The focus is on product safety and compliance processes in a fast-moving consumer goods environment, where new products and recipes are being continuously developed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP EHS (Product Safety & Stewardship) functionality, with emphasis on specification management and declaration processes .
• Configure and optimize specification management for raw materials, recipes, and finished products , ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with product development teams to define and maintain ingredient specifications , including supplier/raw material data and declarations.
• Support integration with raw material producers and suppliers , ensuring accurate transmission of specifications and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders in R&D, quality assurance, and procurement to align SAP EHS solutions with operational needs.
• Provide functional expertise, documentation, and knowledge transfer to project and business teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP EHS (Product Safety, Specification Management, Recipe Management, Compliance) .
• Proven experience in specification declaration processes , ideally within FMCG, food, or chemical industry contexts.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management within SAP.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP EHS solutions.
• Fluent German is essential; English is highly beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional and supplier-facing roles.
