For our client based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sourcing Specialist (Professional Level).

Remote is possible with on-site presence of 2–3 days every two months.

Join our clients international procurement team and take responsibility for end-to-end sourcing projects in the field of commercial real estate (retail outlets and offices). This role offers the opportunity to shape sourcing strategies, manage supplier negotiations, and deliver high-impact results in a dynamic environment.

Your Task:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate them into sourcing strategies and execution plans
• Conduct supplier market research, create shortlists, and launch RFIs/RFPs/RFQs including detailed specifications and evaluation criteria
• Coordinate bidder interactions, consolidate submissions, prepare evaluation matrices, and support sourcing decisions
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and compliance with governance
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to support contract finalization
• Provide regular progress updates, maintain audit-ready documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvements

Your Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally in an international environment with a focus on Real Estate (commercial real estate experience preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, from scoping to award for new retail outlets or offices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate proposals from commercial, technical, and risk perspectives
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitud
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with e-sourcing tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa)
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher); German or French are a plus
