SDVM Project Manager EMEA Chantecaille
In this role, you will lead the execution of Chantecaille’s retail rollout across the EMEA Region, by managing store openings, renovations, and visual merchandising implementations from briefing to installation, supported by EMEA SDVM Teams and in collaboration with Chantecaille Global SDVM. The role ensures timely delivery, brand consistency, and cross-functional alignment with internal (EMEA teams, local markets/distributors, and Chantecaille HQ) and external (retailers, distributors, suppliers) teams.
How you will create a beautiful impact:
Project Management from A to Z
- Drive the full lifecycle of store projects—from briefing, site analysis, and design coordination to installation and handover.
- Track timelines, costs, and milestones while ensuring alignment with internal teams, external vendors, and commercial goals.
Retailer & Stakeholder Alignment
- Lead technical and design discussions with retail partners.
- Manage design submissions, approvals, and negotiate technical requirements
- Act as the key contact for Retailer PMs, Architects, and Chantecaille’s Global Store Design team.
Design & Brand Compliance
- Ensure all retail formats (counters, shop-in-shops, pop-ups) reflect Chantecaille’s global store design and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with global HQ to develop new concepts and onboard regional vendors.
Visual Merchandising Execution
- Adapt seasonal VM updates for the region (lightboxes, animations, tester units, etc.).
- Coordinate forecasts, logistics, and asset distribution in partnership with the EMEA VM Manager.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with local affiliates, distributors, finance, procurement, and regional/global leadership.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and capex analysis for reporting.
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Design, or Visual Merchandising, with multiple years’ work experience in retail design, VM, or project management—ideally in the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA retail environments (department stores, perfumeries, chains) and experience handling store rollouts and retailer approvals.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and MS Office; familiarity with Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and how they integrate into store design.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing cross-functional projects across regions and time zones.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel up to 50% for site surveys, retailer meetings, and key installations.
