Our client for this Retail Manager position is a leader in the Chocolate industry .

Objective

The Retail Manager – Zurich Airpot will be in charge of manage 2 chocolate stores within the Zurich Airport.

Job Description

• Responsible for our appearance in the Duty Free Shops at Zurich Airport
• Leadership and development of the sales team
• Responsible for impeccable merchandising and a successful implementation of promotions
• Responsible for achieving the budgeted goals in collaboration with the airport shop operator

Requirements

• Completed retail training or completed studies (university / FH / hotel management school)
• 5 years experience in retail
• Solid leadership experience
• Convincing and disciplined sales personality
• Passion for numbers, entrepreneurial approach as well as very good organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Very good German and English skills
• Appreciated previous experience: Fauchon, Fazer Confectionery, Ferrero, Godiva, Goldkenn, Guylian, Leonidas, Lindt & Sprungli, Maestrani, Mars ITR, Mondelez, Nestle, Neuhaus, Perfetti Van Melle, Hershey’s, Toms Gruppen, Valrhona
• Appreciated previous titles: Store Manager, Boutique Manager, Store Director, Boutique Director
