Tasks

  • Build and manage our sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification to closing and retention
  • Design and refine the customer journey to ensure seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, implementation, and success
  • Implement and maintain systems that enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role, ideally within a SaaS or AI-driven environment
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written (other languages are a plus)
  • A systems thinker who thrives on structure, metrics, and optimization
  • A proactive builder who takes ownership and moves ideas into action
  • Experienced in adapting processes to different markets and customer segments
