Risk Controller Regulatory Capital

Risk Controlling for Regulatory Capital and Liquidity Risk Compliance / Monitoring Basel III/IV liquidity rules and checking the net stable funding ratio (NSFR) and the liquidity coverage ratio (LCR) / Identifying liquidity and funding risks e.g. in prime services, repo business / Advise the line managers related to effectiveness, recovery and resolution planning / Ensuring department awareness on the highest risks / Identifying key issues impacting businesses related to risk and performance / Maintaining best practice orientation / Controlling upcoming regulations and key control processes / Supervising a portfolio / Managing the department's relationship with key business stakeholders / Maintaining lines of communication / Maintaining on-going interaction with the business / Participating in various meeting forums / Coordinating coverage with the external auditors / Providing training sessions related to risk awareness / Presenting risk concepts and issues / Developing with the audit team a program of continuous monitoring regarding risk and performance.

Bachelor or Master in Business Administration / Working experience gained in an Audit with Treasury focus, Risk or Treasury function / Strong Investment Banking product knowledge / Experience in liquidity management / Familiar with risk-based control methodologies / Understanding of Basel III/IV, liquidity and funding frameworks / Motivated / Open minded / Reliable team player / Fast learner / Solution-oriented work style / Good presentation and communication skills / Proficient in Excel and MS Access / Fluent English as well as German (oral and written).
