Location: Switzerland (occasional on-site presence)
Duration: 6 months (potential extension)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant experienced in ServiceNow ITAM (Software Asset Management) to advise and guide a leading client in the financial sector on their SAM transformation journey. The ideal candidate will combine deep SAM process expertise with hands-on ServiceNow knowledge and business-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize SAM processes within the ServiceNow ITAM framework.
• Engage with stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver tailored SAM solutions.
• Provide governance and strategic advice on license compliance and software lifecycle management.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and business objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Software Asset Management and ServiceNow ITAM.
• Proven experience delivering SAM projects or consulting engagements.
• Fluency in German , with strong client-facing communication.
• Must be based in Switzerland, with availability for occasional on-site presence.
• Previous experience in the financial sector is preferred.
