Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Position

Wir suchen einen erfahren Senior Construction Manager, der/die unsere Bauprojekte in der Region Zürich verantwortet und erfolgreich zum Abschluss bringt.

Aufgabenbereiche

• Gesamtverantwortung für die termingerechte, qualitativ hochwertige und budgettreue Durchführung komplexer Bauprojekte
• Strategische Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Bauphasen
• Verhandlung und Management von Verträgen mit Auftraggebern, Architekten und Subunternehmern
• Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Schweizer Bauvorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bauwesen, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Baumanagement
• Umfassende Kenntnisse der Schweizer Bauvorschriften und -verfahren
• Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Leitung komplexer Bauprojekte in der Schweiz
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – Stakeholder Management
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Baumanagementsystemen
