As our reach and impact continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior (backend heavy) Fullstack Developer (Symfony/React) who thrives on deep technical challenges and takes full ownership of their work, rather than just executing predefined tasks.

Tasks

• Provide support and mentorship to other developers
• Analyze, maintain, and improve the Symfony-based backend and React-based frontend
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement forward-thinking optimizations.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table, influencing both technology choices and development practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our software development processes

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Software Development, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Symfony (preferably SF4+) and ApiPlatform
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with React
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Message Queue systems
• Experienced with testing tools such as PHPUnit, Behat, and Playwright
• Strong problem-solving mindset coupled with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
• Language Proficiency: English (B2 level or higher); German is a plus
• Geographic Requirement: Applicants must be based in the EU
