Senior Internal Auditor (f/m), Industry

Aufgaben

Develop audit programs and apply audit techniques appropriate for the scope of the audit mission / Plan audit work to evaluate control environments in units of varying complexity using best practice approaches and techniques / Perform financial and operational audits according to professional standards for internal auditing / Present audit results both verbally and in writing to management of the audited unit so they are persuasive, placed in the appropriate context and understood by the recipients / Be adept at assessing complex activities to identify potential financial, operational and compliance risks, which warrant audit and management attention / Report on business processes and making recommendations for improvements / Develop conclusions on the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls / Develop relationships with people at all levels within the organization / Engage in professional development activities, including completion of a professional certification.

Qualifikation

University degree in business administration or in business engineering / Professional qualifications, such as CIA, CISA, CFE, CPA / Sound experience in Internal Audit within an international industrial company plus several years experience in Big 4 company / Able to execute autonomous operational audits on a high level / Exposure to an established internal control framework (e.g. COSO) would be an advantage / Good working knowledge of IFRS / Good working knowledge in ERP as Navision or Oracle a plus / Familiar with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes for solid formulations would be a plus to / Fluent in English. Additional languages such as French or other European (or Asian) languages a plus / Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter and team player / Availability to travel - 30%.
