Our Cyber & Digital Risk Consulting team is looking for a skilled (Senior) Manager with expertise in SAP security and business development. In this position, you will drive client engagements, enhancing their SAP security posture, performing security assessments and implementations, and expand KPMG's cyber security services.

• Develop and nurture client relationships, being responsible for driving business development activities, which includes identifying new opportunities, developing client proposals, and leading successful pitches in SAP security.
• Lead discussions with senior executives and stakeholders to identify security needs, present tailored solutions, and drive strategic business development initiatives to strengthen and expand KPMG's market presence in the SAP security space
• Stay informed of industry trends and evolving client needs, offering thought leadership to clients and the internal team.
• Lead SAP security projects from assessment to design to deployment, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget goals while aligning with client business needs. Examples include but are not limited to:

• Lead SAP security assessments and workshops to evaluate the security status of on-premises and cloud SAP systems.• Develop and implement security strategies and best practices for SAP environments, including S/4HANA transformations.
• Provide guidance on SAP security tools selection and integration, including SIEM, code security scanners, and monitoring solutions such as SAP ETD.

• Offer SAP Security expertise, lead educational sessions, interact with our Global SAP Security practice and collaborate with KPMG's cyber security team to enhance client security and tackle complex challenges.

• Over 5 years in cyber security with expertise in SAP Security including a successful track record in project management and client engagement.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CLOUD, and/or working in the roles of SAP BASIS or SAP SECURITY.
• Strong understanding of SAP security tools (e.g., SAP GRC, SAP ETD etc.) and best practices.
• Familiar with IT governance and compliance (ISO, NIST, etc.), and adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities, lead sales efforts, and drive growth in the SAP security space, complemented by experience in developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting solutions to potential clients.
• Effective communicator and team player, adept at multitasking in dynamic settings. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest cyber security and SAP trends and technologies.
• Fluency in English (required) and German or French is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively in these languages with clients and teams.
