We're supporting our client in their search for a Procurement Excellence Project Manager , offering a unique opportunity to join a leading global consumer goods business renowned for its international reach and ambitious growth agenda.

The role is based near Zurich, Switzerland.

In this Group Procurement key role, you will drive high-impact programs across the organization. You will oversee strategic initiatives such as organization design, value capture, integration projects, and serve as the procurement lead on critical cross-functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities of the Procurement Excellence Project Manager include:

• Designing and leading frameworks and roadmaps for functional partnering within Procurement

• Taking ownership of Group Procurement projects, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and timely value delivery

• Tracking progress rigorously, identifying root causes of delays or risks, and proactively implementing corrective measures

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across leadership teams and supporting functions

• Acting as a liaison between Group Procurement and executive teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication

• Developing Procurement capabilities through coaching, process optimization, and contribution to evolving procurement policies and manuals

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong initiative, thriving in fast-paced environments with frequent change
• Passionate about continuous learning, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Project management experience in Procurement
• International experience preferred; familiarity with FMCG supply chains
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
