Your contribution to KPMG
- Extend and develop the Microsoft Dynamics CRM team by applying your strong subject matter expert and proven sales skills
- Expand our relationship with key clients, position KPMG as the go to provider for Microsoft Dynamics services
- Play a key role in client engagements primarily related to MS Dynamics and general integration management, program assurance as well as conceptual advice throughout the implementation cycle
- Work together with the customer to determine the most suitable architecture, Target Operation Models, process optimisation and roadmaps towards future state
- Leverage your strong MS Dynamics expertise and strengthen the international KPMG network in this field
- Follow market developments and trends, share them internally as well as with your clients
- Promote knowledge sharing and train our junior colleagues on the job
This is what makes you successful
- Master's degree preferably in economics, informatics or engineering
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience and involvement in multiple Dynamics CRM implementation- or advisory projects as a project and program manager or solution architect
- You excel in consultancy and sales, building C-level credibility, fostering partnerships, and guiding clients to optimal solutions, with strong experience in international business development. Ability to work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility
- Extensive knowledge Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a must, combined knowledge with Power Platform and/or ERP is an advantage
- A good network in the Swiss market with both clients and Microsoft is considered a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
