• Demonstrate broad business thinking and be able to assess the viability of future tech trends in a market sector (esp. Consumer Goods, Luxury, Manufacturing, Life Science, Health Care, Public Sector, NGOs).
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients, positioning KPMG as the Go-To-partner based on adding tangible value to their business.
• Participate in business development activities by identifying new opportunities, assisting with scoping prospective engagements and driving proposal creations
• Lead end-to-end IT-Advisory client engagements, showing proficient leadership skills and ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and strengthen our Tech Transformation practice by applying your subject matter expertise.
• Lead diverse teams of Consultants and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Support the development and growth of our diverse and international Tech transformation team by bringing a great team spirit and collaborate across KPMG Advisory teams to ensure seamless knowhow transfer and best project execution.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology / technology management / business informatics / business administration or equal- 8+ years of experience in managing Tech strategy and transformation projects- 5+ years of experience working for a Consulting firm- Experience in one of the following Sectors: Consumer goods, Luxury, Manufacturing, Life Science, Health Care, NGOs- Experience in Business Development and Sales (e.g. Proposal creation) and, if possible, your own network at Management / C-Level- Proficient project management skills and commitment to quality service delivery with a client-oriented personality and the capability to take on leadership roles in complex and sizeable engagements
- Subject Matter Expertise in several of the following topics: IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, CIO Advisory, IT Cost Optimization, IT Sourcing, IT M&A, etc.
