Do you want to play an active role in shaping mobility in Switzerland and achieve a lasting impact? In this key role, you lead a strategically important project with a high degree of technology and high visibility. You shape the future of Mobility Services – responsibly, with impact and foresight.
How you make a difference
- You manage a complex, technology-driven project with strategic relevance and represent it on internal and external committees.
- As a confident leader, you create an environment that promotes collaboration, facilitates innovation and en-sures excellence in implementation.
- You build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders – through forward-looking communication, active expectation management and political instinct.
- You are responsible for the entire project management process: from structuring, scheduling, and financial planning and control through to reporting, risk management and quality assurance.
- You ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements and also anchor these principles in the de-sign of future processes and systems.
- You support the development of innovative business models, taking market potential, sustainability and customer requirements into account.
- You lead your project team with clarity and inspiration, promote interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure a common vision.
What you have to offer
- You have a university degree (university/ETH or UAS) in economics, engineering or natural sciences or a comparable qualification with corresponding training and relevant further education.
- You have sound project experience – ideally in large, complex technology projects – and in-depth knowledge of project management (IPMA B or higher).
- You have highly developed leadership skills, organizational talent and a flair for stakeholder management.
- You have a good understanding of the mobility market and the technologies that shape it, as well as fundamental knowledge of the development and scaling of business models.
- Awareness of security and compliance is firmly anchored in your professional self-perception.
- You have intercultural competence, negotiation skills and experience in an international and interdisciplinary environment – especially when dealing with public authorities and technology providers.
- You have a very good written and spoken command of one national language and a good command (spoken B2) of a second national language. You are fluent in English and willing to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad.
