We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to support the replacement of an outdated pricing process tool with a modern, business-driven repricing solution. Working closely with the internal Product Owner, you will play a central role in shaping the functional design, managing requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of tangible business value.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Partner with the internal Product Owner to lead the end-to-end transition from a legacy pricing tool to a new, cutting-edge repricing solution, ensuring innovation, business alignment, and full coverage of stakeholder needs

• Lead Requirements & Specification Development: Independently gather and define functional and non-functional requirements. Clearly document preconditions, actions, and expected outcomes. Transform high-level business needs into detailed, testable user stories, including edge cases and error handling scenarios

• Act as Content Lead in Agile Ceremonies: Guide sprint planning and refinement sessions by clarifying requirements and objectives. Own the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized by value, and continuously groomed

• Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Conduct independent analysis of pricing and user behaviour data to inform feature design and business process enhancements

• Own Functional Testing & Delivery Sign-Off: Take full accountability for solution quality assurance, test deliverables, evaluate against business expectations, and formally accept or reject outputs from the development team

• Support Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Prepare and present compelling materials to secure buy-in and formal sign-off from senior management and key stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• 6+ years professional experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting, with proven involvement in pricing strategies, tool development, process redesign, and large-scale transformation or implementation projects

• Deep understanding of wealth management, banking operations, and particularly pricing mechanisms within financial institutions

• Strong passion for product design, digital solution delivery, and precise documentation of business specifications

• Demonstrated ability to bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering collaboration across functions

• Hands-on, proactive mindset, who takes ownership of both project execution and content creation; capable of turning concepts into actionable plans

• Highly analytical and solution-oriented, with solid technical curiosity and attention to detail

• Solid grasp of pricing operations across various core banking systems; prior exposure to HOST/T24 is a plus

• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written); German proficiency is an advantage

• Must be able to work onsite in Zurich
