YOUR CHALLENGE

• Project leader representing Pricing and Tax business units in the Finance programme covering the Core Banking replacement

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the implementation resulting from the core banking and Pricing application migration

• Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements for the Pricing and Tax domain

• Represent Pricing and Tax in working groups and forums to ensure the alignment with the internal business experts by providing regular updates, set-up plannings and prepare decision topics with key stakeholders across functional areas

• Support the Pricing and Tax business leaders with coordination, structuring and documentation of

• Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders on ExB level

• Prepare thorough documentation for business sign-off meetings, providing a structured framework for informed decision-making

• Act as an interface and coordinator between Pricing and Tax departments as well as other relevant stakeholders as well as the technical processes and functionalities in the new core banking system

• Ensure targeted and structured escalation

YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of professional experience in Banking or Financial Services with a strong focus on transformation projects, i.e. core banking system implementation

• Strong experience in Pricing domain, pricing strategy, special conditions framework, fees and special condition processing

• Experience and awareness in corporate tax and VAT matters

• Strong understanding of the differences and impact of a new pricing model in a new core banking system

• Strong understanding of financial products and their process-wise interplay with Tax and Pricing

• Experience with migrating legacy systems, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review

• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and data modelling as an advantages

• Structured communicator with ability to engage effectively across stakeholder levels ensuring clarity and alignment

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate, high-quality documentation and precise capture of business requirements

• Senior-level experience to represent and advocate for Pricing and Tax interests in major transformation programmes

• Integrative team player with hands-on delivery focus, experienced in multicultural, interdisciplinary environments

• Fluency in English (verbal/written), German language skills a plus
