What you're going to do

For the expansion of our dynamic Security Consulting team we are looking for an experienced and multifaceted Senior Security Consultant (part-time is possible). Are you as fascinated by information security in all its facets as we are? Would you like to bring your enthusiasm for cyber security to our highly qualified and interdisciplinary team? In this position, you independently develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and advise them with passion, methodology and commitment. The following tasks await you:

• Cybersecurity Consulting: Provide strategic guidance and technical direction to help clients identify, mitigate, and manage their cybersecurity risks.
• Threat Modeling & Risk Assessments: Conduct threat modeling exercises and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities in client environments.
• Assessing and deep diving into technical topics that arise from topics such as cloud security or AI (app and platform security, API security, network security, endpoint security, zero trust network access, AI risks and more) and security operations (SIEM / SOAR).
• Security Architecture & Design: Develop secure architecture and design solutions tailored to clients' business needs and industry best practices.
• Project Management: Manage consulting projects, including defining project scope, creating work plans, and ensuring successful delivery of services.
• Business Development: As a trusted advisor to your clients, you contribute to our business development by understanding your customer needs and turning them into up- or cross sell opportunities.
• Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and share insights externally with clients and during conferences, as well as internal teams.

What we're looking for

• University degree at bachelor or master level (university, ETH, university of applied sciences) in computer science or similar
• Further training in information security such as MAS Information Security, or certifications such as CISM, CISSP and/or technical certifications from SANS institute, or hyperscalers
• At least 5 years of practical experience with IT security architectures and processes
• Sound experience in the areas of Cloud Security, especially in Azure, but also AWS and GCP, as well as Governance & Compliance. Experience in Security for AI and offensive security is a plus.
• Service-orientation, proactive and independent working style, focussing on client outcomes
• Ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable and proactive manner
• Fluency in German and English, French is a big plus
