Senior Specialist Onboarding

Ensuring fully onboarding compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulations / Ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations / Being responsible for a wide spectrum of compliance tasks, e.g. AML/KYC, CTF, Sanctions, anti-bribery, corruption and tax (FATCA / CRS) / Ensuring the controls and procedures are adequate / Controlling internal policies and procedures / Providing guidance and support related to client on-boarding / Controlling of the compliance with focus on clients managed by External Asset Managers / Monitoring changes to business practices and products / Handling client onboarding assessment activities / Monitoring on clients’ risks and interests / Challenging KYC information provided by the business / Perform checks via internal and external sources / Ensuring follow-up within the on-boarding processes / Being responsible for reports on a regular basis / Participating departmental projects and initiatives.

KV, Paralegel, University Degree / Experience as Compliance, AML or KYC specialist in Private Banking / General knowledge in the field of tax compliance (FACA/CRS) / Understanding of risk management and controls / Analytical and communication skills / Commercial awareness / Ability to work independently / Being leader, making decisions and setting priorities / Skilled in dealing with interpersonal and communication issues / Ability maintaining effectivity and accuracy under pressure / Responsible character, enthusiastic, self-motivated / English as well as German (C2).
