Senior Specialist Swiss and International Tax

Aufgaben

Responsible for designing and developing the company's tax strategy and optimizing efficient structures based on current business activities, taking into account possible market changes / Supporting managers in tax matters / Ensuring correct and complete tax reporting in accordance with IFRS / Controlling that Swiss tax returns are submitted correctly / Monitoring tax operations / Working with the Swiss and international tax authorities and controlling external tax advisors / Monitoring tax compliance and identifying tax risks / assessing tax risks and developing strategies to minimize risks / Organization of training courses / Coordination of tax audits and procedures / Monitoring of tax compliance throughout the company / Management of tax projects.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Tax / Professional experience in a tax function in an international company, a tax consulting firm or a BigFour company / Sound knowledge of Swiss and international taxation and indirect taxes / Very good analytical skills and attention to detail / Ability to work with different stakeholders in a target-oriented manner / Ability to work in a team and intercultural competence / Ability to work independently / High degree of discipline and sense of responsibility / High degree of reliability / Fluency in German and English.
