IT Operations Management – Senior Consultant (ServiceNow ITOM) – DACH

Our client, a leading IT management and ServiceNow partner in the DACH region, is looking for a Senior ITOM Consultant to join their growing team in Switzerland, Germany or Austria.

Role Overview:

Support clients in implementing and optimizing the ITOM module within ServiceNow, working on innovative projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate IT infrastructure and ITOM processes
• Manage projects and sub-projects independently
• Lead workshops and training sessions
• Conduct client meetings and presentations (German & English)
• Design ITOM solutions and provide technical support
• Mentor project staff and support sales activities

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in IT infrastructure and application management
• Knowledge of ITOM, ITIL/ITSM, CMDB/CSDM (desirable)
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (desirable)
• JavaScript skills (desirable)
• Fluent German and strong English
• Structured, goal-oriented, and independent
• Excellent communication and team skills
