• Create, execute, and uphold security policies and directives, as outlined by the company, for both software development and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and security prerequisites throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Secure container images thoroughly and validate their absence of vulnerabilities.
• Stay current with the latest security trends and technologies, providing recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
• Deliver security training and enhance awareness among fellow team members.
• Configure and oversee network security policies tailored for Kubernetes clusters and container environments.
• Execute security audits and risk assessments to pinpoint vulnerabilities, offering actionable recommendations for enhancement.

• Successful completion of a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Software Engineer with a solid understanding of software solution architectures.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a comparable role.
• Thorough knowledge of security best practices and compliance with industry standards such as PCI-DSS, OWASP ASVS, or OWASP MASVS.
• Familiarity with automated security testing tools like OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, and SonarQube.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security and proficiency in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes, or containerization technologies.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and the aptitude to dissect intricate systems to identify potential security threats.
• Capability to work harmoniously with development and security teams.
• Effective communication skills in both Italian and English (proficiency in German is an advantage).
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, and CISA is considered beneficial.
