While the role is fully remote within Switzerland, residence in the country is mandatory.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will report directly to the CTO and work within a small team of five engineers. You will design, build and maintain scalable applications that power a next-generation private equity platform. Your role spans frontend and backend development, containerised deployments, and continuous delivery.

You will:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Redux and Material-UI
• Build backend services with Node.js, WebSockets and APIs, using MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Deploy applications with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
• Collaborate with engineers, product and design teams to deliver high-quality features

The ideal candidate brings at least three years’ experience in full-stack development and thrives in agile, start-up environments. You are confident across modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Node.js, and have solid database knowledge. Experience with containerisation and cloud-native deployments will be highly valued.

You have:

• Proven skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js and Node.js
• Experience with MongoDB (Mongoose) and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in small, cross-functional teams
