• Contribute to IT strategy and develop standards and roadmaps that align with the company's vision and ongoing technological advancements.
• Actively engage in project initiatives, including strategic endeavors in the fields of payments and digitization.
• Assist in the analysis of requirements and the selection of appropriate solutions and technologies.
• Evaluate and appraise existing architectures, solutions, and project outcomes.
• Document enterprise and system architectures and prepare technical reports.

• Earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or other technical leadership positions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing architecture frameworks, preferably TOGAF.
• Adept at process-oriented thinking with expertise in BPMN 2.0 and APIs.
• Enjoys working in an agile environment and skilled in engaging stakeholders, including management, in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Capable of effectively conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English, and ideally in German and/or Italian.
