Specialist Market Data Contract Management

Aufgaben

Responsible for providing stock exchange and market data from Bloomberg, Reuters, Morningstar, SIX, etc. for research, advisory, portfolio management, trading, and risk management / Monitoring the information platform, managing license agreements, usage rights, subscriptions, and pricing from suppliers / Coordination of legally binding agreements between licensors and licensees to avoid the risk of additional payments during audits / Operational management and administrative maintenance of the entire document inventory, from ordering individual terminals to monitoring the life cycle of contracts and contract controlling and renewals / In cooperation with the departments, support in budget planning, cost optimization, and operational excellence / Preparation of periodic reports on usage data for stock exchanges and data suppliers to ensure correct billing / Strategic consulting for departments that use market data to optimally align data procurement with trading or analysis strategies.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree / Professional experience in a bank, with a fund manager, or with an asset manager / Knowledge of stock exchange and market data management (Bloomberg, Reuters, Morningstar, SIX, etc.) and ITIL service management frameworks / Knowledge of the processes behind stock exchange and market data, such as incident, change, and vendor management / Interest in a role as a “bridge builder” in bringing together different interest groups such as trading, purchasing, IT, etc. / Ability to weigh up problems, identify synergies, and set priorities / Analytical, independent personality with a team orientation / Interest in problem solving and a high degree of responsibility and integrity / MS Office skills / English and German.
