• Developing and systems engineering for CUAS systems, including requirements management
• Modelling and concepts, evaluation of trials, detailed design, supplier management, simulation and algorithm development
• Organising and supporting overall trials and customer demonstrations
• Keeping up to date with new technologies, suggesting improvements and implementing them by developing functional user models (FUMs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) of new technologies
• Defining and supporting of product roadmaps for CUAS and training systems

• University degree ( M.Sc. ) from ETH/FH in engineering in one of the following fields: computer science, robotics, systems and control, or a comparable field
• Experience in the field of requirements engineering (e.g. DOORS) is required
• Working experience with UAS/CUAS solutions
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to keep up-to-date with rapidly developing technologies
• Strong communication skills, intercultural expertise and ability to work in a team
• Experience of MBSE/SysML is advantageous
