Do you thrive on tax transformation and adapting to the ever-changing tax environment? To support the growth of our Tax Reimagined business within the Swiss market, we are looking to build our delivery expertise and bring on board a tax transformation manager with relevant experience to both support the conversations with our clients and deliver on engagements across a range of topics.

• Reporting to our Tax Transformation lead and other local engagement partners/directors, support with the delivery of transformation engagements.
• Supporting the generation of market demand – this would include working to identify new, or building on existing client relationships and maintain a robust internal network of contacts, supporting the expansion of KPMG's reach and influence.
• Managing the delivery of transformation projects, leveraging global best practice, developing standardized processes.
• Contribute to the achieving the country business plan, budget, strategy and market initiatives and gain local support.
• Articulates the value proposition and strategic enablement of transformation to the broader KPMG team.
• Build relationships within KPMG (tax and advisory) to drive opportunities and monitor trigger events to drive opportunities.

• Proven track record of execution and client relationship management.
• English is a must, German and/or French a plus.
• Strong understanding of transformation across the tax and finance operations of a global organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead by example.
• A consistent history of delivering high-quality results, demonstrating your commitment to upholding KPMG's reputation for excellence.
