The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead for the Verification Testing & Approval team. At ANYbotics we are developing legged robots, which enable heavy industries globally to automate routine inspections and optimize their workforce strategies. Verification & Validation is key for the success of our robots since it improves system reliability and accelerates customer adoption. In this role, you will empower a high-performing team of verification engineers to drive comprehensive test campaigns across robotics hardware, firmware, software, and AI. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled leader to make a real impact in the development and success of our cutting-edge robotics technology. As a leader, you will play a critical role in enhancing the team capabilities by expanding in-house laboratories, optimizing test methodologies, following best practices, and boosting test automation. Leveraging the vast technical expertise of ANYbotics, you'll help improve our robots, while also expanding your own skills in this new world of robotics.

Your Contributions

Lead, empower, and develop a high-performing team of engineers
Enable the team to drive comprehensive verification campaigns across robotics hardware, firmware, software, and AI
Enhance team capabilities by expanding in-house laboratories, optimizing test methodologies, following best practices, boosting test automation, and launching scalable test data frameworks
Leverage the V model to significantly improve product reliability and accelerate customer adoption
Collaborate seamlessly with engineering and product management to define, verify and validate robust testing requirements
Champion pragmatic technical solutions that directly achieve the company's business goals and drive tangible impact

Your Profile

5-10 years of experience in a product-driven industrial organization.
Proven leadership in managing teams, mentoring engineers, and driving project execution.
Proven track record in composing and executing tests campaigns for complex high-tech products.
Strong expertise in V model, test methodologies, test automation, and reliability engineering principles.
Excellent communication skills in English, able to articulate technical issues, strategies, and progress to multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Engineering background, with BsC / MsC in a field relevant for robotics

Bonus Points

Experience in robotics e.g. good understanding of test frameworks involving sensor perception, locomotion and AI.
Experience with certified products e.g. functional safety certification.
Experience in quality assurance
