Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage online shop orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide operational support for daily B2B business activities
• Handle and monitor customer inquiries and order processing
• Maintain and update customer data, ensuring proper documentation of processes
• Handle customer correspondence with professionalism and timely communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Completed commercial education (KV) or equivalent qualification

Proven ability to perform efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
