Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

Your team:

Join our CFO office - a dynamic team working directly with our group CFO, tackling operational and strategic topics within Finance. As a graduate, you will develop key initiatives, support analysis for senior leadership, and optimize processes for greater efficiency. If you’re proactive, have a can-do-attitude and strong analytical skills, then this is the role for you.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support in preparing analysis and meeting material for Board of Directors, Executive Committee and senior management

• Perform financial and business analysis to identify trends, assess risks and deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making

• Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements, including improving reporting, creating dashboards, simplifying processes

• Contribute towards various ad hoc projects and analytical tasks

• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders on business deliverables

• Help manage tasks of recurring/ compliance nature, e.g. coordinate budget forecast updates and update policies documentation

• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, townhalls etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (graduation max. 12 months ago)

• Relevant previous experiences, ideally from finance, management consulting or strategy

• Strong analytical skills and capacity for conceptual thinking

• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

• Fluency in English, German and additional languages are a plus

• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
