Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment.

Your team:

As part of the Swiss Institutional Structured Product Sales you will join our Zurich or Geneva based team, which plays a key role in distributing innovative Structured Products to our Swiss and international institutional client base.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Learn about Structured Products, their pricing, documentation and all aspects of the lifecycle of this product category

• Work alongside senior sales experiencing how personal relationships and technical innovation interlink in modern distribution of financial products

• Interact with stakeholders across the value chain on a daily basis, from trading to legal, from compliance to mid- and back-office functions

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Banking & Finance (graduation max. 12 months ago)

• Initial practical experience banking, ideally in sales

• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

• Fluency in English and German or French, with additional languages being a plus

• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
