UX Designer, YouTube Content ID

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
• Portfolio highlighting experience in visual design.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working within and contributing to design systems, as well as building accessible products.
  
• Experience working in complex enterprise, financial, investment banking tools and the equivalent.
• Experience in interaction design, prototyping, and product thinking, with excellent visual design skills.
  
• Ability to design products, prototypes, and demonstrate advanced design skills, including strategic thinking, high quality deliverables and processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clear design rationale and articulate compelling stories.

Responsibilities

• Develop, convert, and communicate a long-term user experience and product strategy, and guide the momentum of multiple adjacent design efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze or anticipate user needs, resolve constraints, and mitigate potential risks.
• Lead the implementation of a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.
  
• Explore innovative and AI-focused solutions to new or existing problems, gain an understanding of Generative AI products, technologies, user motivations, and market opportunities in order to incorporate technical and business requirements into design.
  
• Own outcomes for a project, program, or emerging area, navigate and define scalable and sustainable approaches to solve difficult problems with limited precedent.
