Make an Impact in Investment Management Reporting.

The Head of Reporting & Accounting Advisory is driving enhancements in investment management reporting based on the interpretation of IFRS 17/9 standards and business needs for performance steering.

We are looking for a motivated working student to support our initiatives in financial analysis, regulatory reporting, and process optimization.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting within a global insurance group, collaborate with experts across departments, and contribute to meaningful transformation projects.

What You Will Do As a Reporting & Accounting Advisory Support, your responsibilities will include

• Assisting in ad-hoc analysis of Zurich Financial Statements to support internal reporting and accounting initiatives
• Supporting the review and improvement of IM regulatory reporting processes (e.g., DM tables, IAIS, AM Best, FIP queries)
• Contributing to the alignment of iAWARE reporting outputs with Zurich Financial Statements

• Enrolment at a Swiss university in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• An understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and openness to explore different MS tools
• Curiosity and motivation to learn about investment management and regulatory reporting
• Ability to self-organize, take initiative, and challenge the status quo
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Business fluent in English
• You must be located in Switzerland for the whole duration of the contract

• Regulatory frameworks and reporting standards relevant to IM
• Data integration and reporting alignment techniques
• Investment Management KPIs and factors impacting it
