As a Digital Content Creation Manager , you will lead the strategic development and execution of digital content across B2B and B2C channels. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing experts, product owners, designers, and external partners to deliver best-in-class digital assets that inform, inspire, and convert.
This role is ideal for a native English speaker (or equivalent) with strong editorial instincts, digital platform fluency, and a strategic mindset. You will have the autonomy to shape content direction and the support of a diverse, collaborative, and forward-thinking team.
What You will Do:
- Develop and manage content strategies that align with our client's brand and business goals
- Lead editorial calendars and coordinate with global stakeholders
- Create, edit, and optimize digital assets (product pages, ebooks, videos, etc.)
- Apply SEO best practices and continuously improve performance through analytics
- Oversee external content creators, agencies, and freelancers
- Contribute to content governance, brand tone-of-voice alignment, and internal training
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or similar
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital content creation , ideally in healthcare or diagnostics
- Expertise in storytelling, copywriting, copyediting, and proofreading
- Ability to manage content across multiple platforms and adapt messaging for varied audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
- Fluency in English (C2 or native equivalent), both written and spoken
