Job purpose
- Supports PMs in creating content for different channels and executing campaigns.
- Maximizes the growth of the assigned product(s) within the respective Business Unit by co-developing the brand omnichannel and communication plan. Executing projects, digital projects and services based on the CVT’s (Country Value Team) brand strategy & plans in collaboration with the product managers.
- Leads the cross-functional development and implementation of the digital activities, materials and services, HCP and patient education websites and educational content for the entire Swiss market based on the omnichannel plan in collaboration with the product manager
- Measures and analyses the impact of digital activities and individualizes contents to address stakeholder needs
- Ensures full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCP and patients who are using the product(s)
Job responsibilities
- Accountable for leading the development and execution of local projects, digital projects and services based on the omnichannel brand plan to position the product in line with the CVT’s strategy and to achieve the committed business objectives (e.g. NTS, MAC, NPS, CJE) with the agreed resources (OOP budget)
- Co-develops the omnichannel plan in collaboration with the cross-functional team and the multichannel marketing team especially in the development of omnichannel strategies and the implementation of digital solutions to ensure the deployment of activities, digital activities and materials that address the needs of our customer and other stakeholders.
- Co-develop new commercialization strategies and shares best practices trough working closely with other functions, division and regions, with a focus on EMEA Strategy Organisation.
- Responsible for local (digital) commercial projects and activities, such as development and execution of digital campaigns, newsletters, websites, on-demand materials and services, and materials to optimize congress presences. Support specific business initiatives as appropriate.
- Responsible for the achievement of set local digital project and service targets as agreed with the line manager.
- Measures and analysis the impact of digital activities via defined KPIs and analytics tools. Ensure that these analytics and insights will be utilized to further refine and create individualized customer materials/content
- Contributes to the CVT by providing deep insights into statistics of executed omnichannel activities and contents (not standing CVT member)
- Contributes, as a member, to the LAT (Local Action Team) by providing deep insights into executed omnichannel activities and contents. In addition, drives external focus of the Local Action Team through implementation of valuable digital pull and push activities.
- Ensures the execution of the local cross-functional digital stakeholder engagement plan for competitive advantage across Switzerland.
- Develops and manages partnerships with external stakeholders to drive the BUs competitive advantage and Janssens‘ reputation in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Accountable for full compliance of all projects and activities with laws and J&J regulations. Role models the Credo. Ensures continuity of supply.

PROFESSIONAL:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong Project Management Skills and Organizational Skills, flare for content creation
- Demonstrated record of accomplishments in marketing or digital functions
- Understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry
- Digital, Omnichannel experience seen as advantage
- Fluency German & English, French considered an advantage
