As the
European Key Accounts Negotiation Manager
, you'll oversee the development and servicing of global key accounts to support local markets in delivering business sales objectives.
You will lead international negotiations of all aspects of customer relationships and international services across Europe. You will also resolve conflicts arising between customers and the company's market teams.

Responsibilities of the European Key Accounts Negotiation Manager:
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies for agreements with European International clients, collective buying groups such as Carrefour, Auchan, Groupe Casino & Eurelec.
- Maintain and develop new relationships with European International large FMCG retail buying groups/conglomerates to ensure profitable growth.
Directly lead the customer negotiation strategy with multiple in-market sales teams to achieve pre-aligned business and sales objectives
Analyze sales, financial data, and market/category trends to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with senior management to inform on progress and keep alignment to negotiation strategies
Candidate Requirements for European Key Accounts Negotiation Manager:
8+ years of experience in sales, working most recently with Global European International customers/buying groups within the health or beauty industry .
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, international relations, or related field
Strong negotiation competencies with an ability to adapt to different negotiation styles and scenarios
Understanding of international regulations and compliance requirements
