In this remote advisory role, you will mentor executives aged 45+ across the Nordic region who are redesigning their careers and lifestyles around purpose, fulfillment, and autonomy — without sacrificing financial stability.

Tasks

• Lead pre-qualified, inbound conversations with prospective clients (no cold calling or chasing).

• After onboarding, transition into a trusted mentoring role, supporting clients step by step through our proven framework.

• Build strong, long-term relationships through online and selected in-person networking.

• Guide senior leaders to rediscover purpose, fulfillment, and personal freedom.

• Contribute to the growth and visibility of our services across the Nordic countries.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership or client-facing experience in high-pressure sectors

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English
